Allergic Reaction
I love how these shadows practically blend themselves, that saturation is buildable, and how beautiful they are. However, every time I wear these shadows, within minutes my eyelids are extremely itchy. I'm unable to continue using this product and unable to return it because it's past the 30-day return policy date. It's my fault because I waited 3 weeks to use it, tried it twice in the 4th week and had an allergic reaction both times.

Viseart Milieu palette
This palette is perfect! I bought it for my kit as Viseart eyeshadows are my favourite, so pleased I did. Easy to blend, look matte, blend like silk. Great, well pigmented, well curated colours. Very happy with purchase.

Neutral Mattes 2 Milieu
I have light-medium skin tone and I love this palette! I have most of the other Viseart 12 pan mattes and I can say that this is different! The colors have a big more chroma (color intensity), but with a light tough you can start off very lightly. I appreciate the vibrant blue and pinky tone in the fourth row. I was afraid it would overlap my Warm Mattes palette too much but it does not. It's more of an extension to it, with more transition shades that have more chroma "color" to them. It brings plum, blue and pink/magenta to the palette. I never thought I could wear colors that are in this palette, but I can. The shadows are blendable, colorful and wearable. Use a very good brush and don't pick up nearly as much as you do with other brand shadows. Trust me. I've been shocked at how little you need on the brush to get color on the lid. Even though this looks very "Fall-like" in the pan, look at the arm swatches and see that it is in fact a year round palette with the peaches, brown, pink/magenta & blue.

great palette
I have been wanting a staple, all matte palette for awhile now but couldn't find one that was quite right. I have a tan complexion that can carry off alot of colors, but wanted something where I could wear all of the shades vs just some. Nothing ashy, nothing only half useful. I LOVE this palette! Something those with medium, tan, olive, deep, dark, skintones struggle with is finding the perfect transition color!!! I often dip into more than one palette as a result. This palette has so many options for the transition - it may seem like too many similar colors or too many browns/neutrals, BUT, they are all different, and have different undertones. Warm, cool, neutral, and ranging in depth.If you know the struggle, you will SO appreciate this palette! Plus a couple of deep neutrals/browns for smoke, and you also get a fun magenta, red, and blue! I'm SO happy with this palette. I've worn it on its own, and also used it several times as an accompaniment with other palettes that were always missing something I needed. This palette is a perfect companion to anything else you already have, and can also stand alone. I am so pleased with this. My first viseart palette, I'm impressed. :) It is powdery, there is kick up, but I just tap my brush off. The shadows blend easily and have good pigmentation so kick up is not a big deal to me.
