Orders will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours, Monday to Friday - excluding holidays.
musebeauty.pro accepts most major credit cards and PayPal within the United States and Canada.
Muse Beauty.Pro ships via FedEx to U.S. street addresses only excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii and Military APO/FPE destinations, which are all shipped via USPS. Please be advised that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid U.S. addresses.
Please be advised that orders shipped outside the U.S. are not eligible for free shipping benefits. International orders are shipped via USPS.
SHIPPING & HANDLING METHODS & RATES
FedEx Ground, will be delivered within 2-7 business days. Shipping and Handling fees are based on weight and preferred ship method. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Military APR / FPO destinations or U.S. territories may take up to 7 days. MUSE BEAUTY.PRO will not be held liable for lost or stolen packages or any import taxes that may be incurred on orders placed for international customers, shipping outside the Continental US. If "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" option is selected upon checkout, please note that MUSE BEAUTY.PRO is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Orders with a change of address requested by the customer are subject to a change of address fee and additional shipping fees if applicable. MUSE BEAUTY is happy to attempt to reroute the package, but cannot guarantee address change completion. If a package is returned to MUSE BEAUTY.PRO the customer will be responsible for a reshipment fee. FREE Shipping only applies to orders $50.00 or more, orders within the contiguous United States, excludes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Military APR / FPO destinations, FREE Shipping only applies to ground shipping not Express Shipments.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation is sent via email which provides you with tracking information and a link to follow your package. Please call 1-888-393-3963 if you need additional assistance tracking your order. Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery unless no signature is requested in the customer notes of the order. Additional shipping fees will be applied to orders that are undeliverable and are returned to sender for a second shipment. Order discrepecnies must be reported to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges from musebeauty.pro are accepted within 30 days of date of purchase. Items must be returned or exchanged in original packaging. Open and/or used items are excluded and will not be accepted for return or exchange. Unfortunately there are no refunds on shipping costs unless an error was made on our end. Shipping charges will be applied toward exchanges. To return an item please contact Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization #. No returns accepted without RA#. A return authorization # will be issued from musebeauty.pro customer service. Once you have received a RA#, you may send the item(s) back to our warehouse. A copy of the original invoice must be included in box for return. Please allow 10 business days to process all returns. Once return has been processed, a refund will be issued in the form of a check from MUSE BEAUTY to the original purchaser or to the original form of payment.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You may view the contents of your shopping cart and the total amount excluding tax and shipping in your shopping cart prior to check out. Once your order is processed via approved Payment Method, it will immediately post to our warehouse where no further changes can be made. For more information on returns, please visit our returns section above.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of any individual or workshop series the following guidelines apply:
- Up to 30 calendar days prior to a workshop or first in a series the professional may receive a refund on monies paid and will be credited back in the original form of payment, MUSE BEAUTY will retain a $100 processing fee
- 30-15 calendar days will be refunded in the form of a WORKSHOP CREDIT and may be applied towards a future workshop within one year from original workshop date
- No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations less than 15 calendar days prior to workshop
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS FOR WORKSHOP SERIES
- An attendee may place a 50% deposit on any workshop or series by emailing email@example.com or calling 888.393.3963
- The remaining 50% balance is due 15 days prior to the beginning of the workshop or first in a series
- Payment processing: The professional authorizes MUSEBEAUTY, LLC to automatically process the final payment 15 days prior to the beginning of the first workshop in the series with the form of payment provided to process the deposit. MUSE BEAUTY, LLC only accepts VISA, MASTER CARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS for deposits and final payments.
