TRENDING TOUR is an annual FUNraising makeup workshop tour offered across the U.S. in limited cities. Lead by Debra Dietrich and Jennifer Harbour-Heape of MuseBeauty.Pro and in coordination Paul Mitchell Schools, this class not only inspires the aspiring makeup artist, it creates MAGIC for a greater cause. All proceeds from this makeup class benefit the national PAUL MITCHELL SCHOOLS 2024 FUNRAISING CAMPAIGN. This campaign helps raise money for a select group of charities including: The Andrew Gomez Dream Foundation, CAST, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Food 4 Africa, Gary Sinise Foundation, Leeza’s Care Connection, No Limits, Thirst Project and more.

Meet Your Educator | Debra Dietrich
Pushing the creative envelope, Debra Dietrich infuses each project and task with years of experience. As an IATSE Union member, her body of work ranges from episodic TV projects to one of her favorites: the BAFTA award–winning film Milk. A dedicated philanthropist, her credits also include educator, salon owner, and content and curriculum creator. She is the cofounder and Director of Education for MUSE BEAUTY.PRO and a Paul Mitchell Advanced Education educator, coaching thousands of professionals and future professionals from foundational to advanced skills that become the cornerstone of their careers.
Debra’s “why behind the brush stroke” approach, paired with her no-nonsense presenting style, makes every presentation magical. Her approach to education goes beyond teaching art as she connects her love for beauty with interpersonal life lessons.

With a passion for interpersonal development, MUSE BEAUTY Account Executive and National Educator, Jennifer Harbour-Heape brings a zest to all. Following graduation from Paul Mitchell The School Arkansas, Jennifer grew within the Paul Mitchell organization specializing in operations and makeup artistry. From building relationships to connecting with the individual both in her classroom and chair, she lives and mentors by the mantra, “Don’t wish for it, work for it!”
